We look forward to your complimentary consultation with us here at Serious Play, where we will get to know each other, discuss your concerns, and outline a plan for moving forward together. This initial meeting is essential to our process. Here is what to do to on board at Serious Play:

On board and Meeting Options

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

• To start, Ivan Barnett offers a 3-hour meeting bundle, where you can schedule as 2, 90-minute meetings or 3, 1-hour meetings. If you prefer more time, we also provide 6-hour and 12-hour bundles. Consecutive meetings are limited to 3 hours.
• The 3-hour bundle must be completed within 3 weeks, the 6-hour bundle within 6 weeks, and the 12-hour bundle within 12 weeks. Extensions are available upon request.

• You’ll be assisted by Al Cota, Ivan Barnett’s colleague and administrator, who will help coordinate logistics, answer questions, and ensure a smooth on boarding process. Al, a New Mexico native and Stanford graduate, is well-versed in all aspects of Serious Play. You can reach him at [email protected], and he will respond within 24 hours.
• For regional clients, we encourage in-person meetings in Santa Fe. In-person, phone, and Google Meet meetings as a mix are also allowed. If traveling to Santa Fe, Serious Play can help with trip planning, including lodging, restaurants, and cultural experiences.

Scheduling and Payment steps

The following will happen after you select your meeting bundle, in order:

1. Al will send you a welcome email, an agreement, and an invoice.
2. Pay the deposit in advance.
3. The scheduling link via Calendly will be sent to you.
4. Schedule your meetings.
5. Al will send you a discovery form.
6. Return the discovery form and get ready for your meeting with Ivan Barnett.

The following procedure will only work if you have paid half your total in advance. Please pay your balance by doing the following:

1. Go to our website, serious-play.co.
2. Click on “Account” in the upper right corner of any page.
3. Choose “My Account” from the menu that appears.
4. Choose “Pay.”
5. Choose payment method “Credit Card” or “eCheck.”
6. Make your payment of the balance shown.

Important Policies

• If you need to reschedule, notify Al at least 48 hours in advance. One reschedule is permitted per agreement. Meeting reminders will be sent via email with a Google Meet link for virtual meetings.
• Missed meetings are non-refundable as significant preparation goes into each meeting.
• Communication is strictly via email; we do not use text messages.
• If paying by check, make it payable to Serious Play and mail it to:
  Serious Play, 1704 Llano Street, STE B Box 237, Santa Fe, NM 87505.  US clients only.
• International clients must pay via wire transfer or credit card.
• Ivan may request permission to record meetings for reference—participation is optional.

Final Thoughts
